Brewed for our friends "down the street", our 2012 Finest Hour is an Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels for 18 months. Without any adjuncts, we let the beer and oak speak for itself. Decadent with huge layers of chocolate and coffee notes, ending with a silky vanilla character thanks to the roasted oak in the barrels.
